Q: How much will my sign cost?
A: All signs are generally custom made, which means no two are alike. An electric sign will start at about $1000.00 and go up from there.

Q: What is Vector art, and why can't you use a jpeg?
A: Let's first start by defining a bitmap or jpeg. A bitmap is nothing more than a picture of something consisting of a series of pixels, when combined makes an image. Vector art is a series of nodes and lines. Because these outlines have matmatical coordinates, the art can be scaled to size and also used to control our machines that make your sign.
For example. If you wanted to have your car repaired you could not take the mechanic a picture of your vehicle (jpeg). You would need to take the car. In the same way, we can not use a picture, we need the original art to make your sign.

Q: How long does it take to make my sign?
A: Signs generally are installed no more than 6 weeks after all permits have been cleared.

Q: Will I get a discount if I order several signs?
A: Sure why not? The more the merrier.

Q: How do I get started.
A: The best way to get the ball rolling, is to email us any information, artwork or logos you may have. They can be faxed, however, we will need all logos in digital format to reproduce them. If you do not have a logo or artwork we will be happy to assist you with a professional solution.

Q: Will someone meet with me to talk about my new sign.
A: Yes we will meet with you at your location to discuss you signage needs, after you have sent over any information you may have about the project.

Q: Can I finance the sign.
A: Sure. You can speak with one of our representative for information about financing or, you can supply your own financing from you're own bank or credit union.

Q: Do I have to get the permits?
A: Of course not. We will obtain all necessary sign permits for you for a nominal fee plus cost of permits. ( permit fees vary from city to city.)

Q: Do you give free estimates for sign repair?
A: We will usually be able to give you a ballpark figure over the phone, however a service call will be required to know exactly what is wrong.

Q: How much is a service call?
A: Service calls will cost $120 per hour. This includes two technicians, and a 40' bucket truck.

Q: How soon can the Sign Service Technician come?
A: We can generally dispatch a technician the next day, sometimes even the same day depending on the time of the request.

Q: Do you offer discounts for owners with several locations?
A: Of course we do! Call us to find out more.

Q: Do you offer discounts to us smaller guys?
A: We are currently working on a customer protection plan for all customers that will assure priority service to all members as well as discounted pricing.

Q: Can you ship signs out of state?
A: Sure, however shipping charges will vary depending on size, weight and distance of travel.
